- OUR MISSION STATEMENT -

We are an online glass gallery and smoke shop based out of O'ahu, Hawai'i. Many years ago, what began as an appreciation for glass art, became an obsession. An obsession to collect and share this artistry with the world, even from a little island in Hawai'i. We have traveled all over the country to meet artists and hand pick only the most unique and mesmerizing pieces for you all. We truly love what we do, and we continue to aim to spread Aloha through love and appreciation of beautiful one-of-a-kind borosilicate glass art!

Covid Response

Here at Heady Hawaii, we are doing what we can to keep our customers and our team safe and healthy while still serving our community. We are wiping down all pieces before shipping but we recommend you also wipe down with 70% isopropyl alcohol or wash your piece with soap and water before use. 

Due to Covid-19, we have stopped adding signature confirmation on packages in order to help limit your interactions/avoid having to go to the Post Office to pick up a missed package. If you'd like to request signature confirmation on your order, please contact us after ordering.

Local O'ahu customers, unfortunately we cannot accommodate local pick ups at this time.

Due to high order volume we are currently processing orders in about 2-4 business days. Thank you for your patience. 

Orders are going out normally, but you may experience some delay in shipping time due to covid. USPS changes: Priority Mail (3-10 business days). Thank you for staying home! International customers, if you prefer UPS as your carrier over USPS, please contact us after purchasing. We will accommodate you!

 

Ordering & Availability

New glass is generally added to the store page every 1-7 days. Our Instagram (@headyhawaii) and Facebook accounts are made to keep in touch with our customers and are also both a good place to find additional photos/videos and information about various pieces. There is also a teal bar at the top of the website which details the most recently updated items. Looking for something that you don't see on our website? Contact us with any inquiries.
You do not need an account to order from this site. The option to create an account will be given during the checkout process.

Shipping & Handling

Most orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Typically 5-7 business days during a sale in which order volume is high. We ship USPS Priority Mail (3 business days) for free on orders over $100! If you wish to upgrade shipping speed to USPS 2-Day Express mail, please contact us. Please see Covid Response to see delays in shipping. All orders include a tracking number which is e-mailed automatically upon shipment. 

Each order is packed with extreme care, with bubble wrap, packing peanuts as well as double boxing when necessary. All rigs valued over $500 come with a brand new Pelican hard case for free. Some high-end pendants and dry pipes may also include a Pelican. Some exceptions apply, please check in the description of a piece if a Pelican is excluded. We take shipping seriously and strive to offer the most secure shipping possible. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately (see Return & Privacy Policy below). 

We do not insure packages. Please contact us to add insurance to your package before shipment. 

International Shipping

We also ship internationally to Canada, the UK, Israel and Australia. Contact us about shipping to countries not listed above. 

We cover a portion of shipping for our international customers. International customers can calculate their shipping cost by putting the item in question into the cart and entering their address. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated. 

International customers, if you prefer UPS as your carrier over USPS, please contact us after purchasing. We will accommodate you!

Return & Privacy Policy

There is a small window to cancel your order before it is shipped.  All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be made before 12:00PM PST the day after the order is placed.  Otherwise all sales are final. 

If any damaged items are received, please immediately take photos of the package and all contents.  Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery.  Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned.

You can email your photos/info to headyhawaii@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Should you choose to select a replacement item we currently have available, turn around time should be within 7 - 10 business days.  If a replacement, repair or store credit is necessary, the process may take anywhere from 10 - 45 business days, based on the scenario. 

We do not share any of the information we collect regarding your order and we ensure that all information collected is strictly confidential.

Payments, Security & Confirmation

You can choose from the following payment methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 

This website's shopping cart includes an 128-bit SSL certificate to keep your information secure – the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

After you have placed an order you should receive a confirmation email to the address you provided during check out. Heady Hawaii will not be held liable for items shipped to incorrectly given shipping addresses. Please verify that your information is correct in the confirmation email after you've placed an order.

If you purchase a functional item, you will also be emailed an ID Verification email to determine if you are of legal age to purchase Tobacco products for the State/Region that we will be shipping to. 

Also please note, we reserve the right to refuse service/goods.

If purchasing our products is not in accordance with your local laws, do not attempt to purchase them from this website. By purchasing from this website you are expressly stating that the sale and delivery of glass products is in accordance with the laws governing your city or state.

If you are under 21 you can not purchase glass products from Heady Hawaii. By doing so, you hereby acknowledge that you do so under false pretenses and against the operators of this website. We check ID on every new customer.

The glass on this site is intended to be used with legal smoking products only. Our products are NOT intended for illegal drug use. By purchasing from Heady Hawaii you acknowledge and agree to this legal disclaimer. You are aware that all of our products are sold for Tobacco and/or other LEGAL smoking use and confirm you will use them solely for such legal purposes. You agree we are not liable for any harm that may occur to you when you use these products.

You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase. If importing and/or owning smoking accessories is illegal in your state, city, county, or country, Heady Hawaii accepts no responsibility as to verify the legitimacy of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by authorities.
